How do we handle it when you cancel or do not show to your reserved appointment without 2 business day notice? This is the million dollar question. We understand that your life changes, but we need to serve you and keep our costs to a minimum. The most expensive cost of operation we have at MCDental Care is a fully staffed office and empty treatment operatories. Effective January 1, 2011 there will be a $35 fee assessed to your account for each cancellation within 2 business days. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
